Free UK mainland delivery on orders over £30
We offer FREE UK mainland delivery on all orders over £30.  Whether it's one item or multiple items, as long as your whole order is over £30 and you live within the mainland of the United Kingdon, we'll deliver it to you for FREE.  Simple.
Other delivery rates for orders under £30
If your order is under £30 we'll need to charge you a bit extra to cover the postage.
Currently we charge £4.00 per order for orders below £30.00.
We reserve the right to alter our postage charges at any time without notice.
General delivery information
  • Your orders will be sent out via the most suitable carrier, depending on size and weight.
  • A signature may be required on receipt.
  • If you are not available to take delivery of your parcel, the carrier will leave a calling card telling you how you can pick it up.
  • Sadly we can not deliver on a bank holiday. In this instance please expect your delivery on the next working day.
  • In the event of a Royal Mail strike, we will switch our deliveries to other carriers to ensure your item is still delivered.
  • In extreme weather conditions, The Bike Factory will dispatch items immediately but cannot take responsibility for any delays caused by extreme weather that disrupt Royal Mail's deliveries.
  • Please note that due to dealership restrictions, Whyte bikes are available for in store collection only.  Please call us on 01663 735020 if you need any information regarding purchasing a Whyte bike.
All of our products are sent out in brand new condition unless otherwise stated.  In the unlikely event you need to send something back to us you'll need to give us a call on 01663 735020.  We'll let you know how to return a product to us as there may be a different method depending on your product.  You have 7 days from reciept of the item to decide to send an item back to us.  Any returns must be recieved by us in perfect saleable condition.
Where possible we will offer you a replacement product depending on the circumstances of any returned product to us.  We will discuss any options with you prior to arranging a replacement product.
If we are unable to replace a returned product, we will offer you a refund.  We will discuss any options with you prior to arranging a replacement product.
