Covid19 update from The Bike Factory (Whaley Bridge).

Firstly, we'd like to say a massive thank you to our loyal customers. We really appreciate your continued support, it means a lot.

Due to Coronavirus (COVID19), we've had to make some changes to how we operate.

Online:

If you're buying from us online, THANK YOU. We'd like to welcome you to the fold.

Since lockdown we've seen a massive increase in trade across both this website and our eBay store. As our regular customers will tell you, we're very hard working here at UKBikeFactory.com however, there are only four of us. Whilst we're doing our best, we hope you'll appreciate that trying to manage orders across our online shop here, our eBay store and our store and workshop in Whaley Bridge is no mean feat.

Please bear in mind the following:

• Most online orders complete smoothly without any hiccups - great stuff!
• That said, sometimes an item may show as in-stock when it may not be. For instance, if a bike is sold in our store and we haven't had chance to update it on our website. We don't have a fancy automated system. Whilst we do our best to keep our website as up to date as possible, if you'd like reassurance about stock of an item, feel free to call us on 01663 735020.
• We aim to dispatch online orders as soon as possible however, there may sometimes be a delay.
• There is huge demand across the cycle industry at the moment and as such, sometime our suppliers run out of items and don't update us. Again, this may result in an item showing as in-stock when it may not be.

Rest assured, we're working hard to keep our website up to date and fulfil all of our online orders as fast as possible.

We're currently reducing the hours our store is open to the public so it's safe for us and you. The most up to date place to find our opening times is on our facebook page here. You're also welcome to check by giving us a call on 01663 735020. Social distancing practices are in place.

Workshop and repairs:

Our workshop is still open for servicing and repairs however, demand is extremely high and there are waiting times. We'd recommend you give us a call on 01663 735020 before bringing your bike into us, especially if you're travelling some distance.
